PaperWeavesI & II

I have included these images in the Fabric section because I created a woven "fabric" from recycled papers and because I incorporated hemp thread and ribbons into some of the works. The weavings are mounted on lushly coloured handmade papers from India, paper which I believe to have a high rag content, as it has an almost moire finish.
